I was just buying some runes, trying to find which ones I didn't have yet, and I accidentally bought 1 extra Quintessence of Hybrid Penetration and could still buy more than 4 but only one at a time. Just a small thing but annoying nonetheless and not intended in the game. I couldn't buy more than 3 quints for anything else and after playing a game I could still buy more of the hybrid pen quints.
