1: Hide summoner names not on your friends list.

2: Increase penalties for dodging - low penalties increases the prevalence of lobby trolls and makes out_picking another team more difficult (bad team comp? Dodge!).

3: Save logs of pregame and in-game chat and provide a game recap after even a failed lobby. Allow browsing of these logs as a refresher for making reports (or for honoring for communication or teamwork).

These are awesome, I am adding them to the OP.

Simple things that can easily improve everyone's experience. I don't know why they haven't been done before?
