Hello,

Like I've just been wondering a lot I came back to this game after 1 year and I haven't seen any free summoner icons I know that there is Halloween and Christmas icons but I just want to request more summoner icons because I couldn't get the Halloween ones nor the Christmas ones so I hope they add more summoner icons for free .

When the Lunar skins come out, there will be a couple Lunar summoner icons released. You can earn them by accomplishing certain tasks. I forget exactly how you obtain them but I remember reading that you won't have to spend RP to get them.
