Ever since the new season update, my screen gets this 'screen saver' looking stuff roving all over my screen whenever I press 'enter' to type a message to the team, have the shop open, when I look at the statistics of who done what damage etc when I die. Does anyone have a solution for this? all my settings are at the lowest possible. The Imgur link is a screenshot I took.

It moves around like those funky old windows 98 screen-savers as wells

Update your graphics card and sound drivers (I doubt it's the sound, but I had the same issue when I played WoW and it was actually my sound card o_O)

Would you mind posting your dxdiag? Also, go put this in the bug forum.
