Nerf Master Yi, buff volibear. k thx.

Just one question:

Why?

You give absolutely no reason for the nerf or the buff.

they actually both need buffs

if ye gets fed he can literally 3 hit kill someone with his basic and hit very fast

Sometimes Yi seems easy to beat, other times he seems impossibly strong. My verdict: Probably balanced almost perfectly.

Volibear seems extremely strong to me- he's very tough and very fast, and actually pretty damaging. I feel like champions shouldn't be good in every aspect, and Voli comes close imho. What is it about volibear that you feel needs a buff?
