This seems to be a reccurring issue regarding Jarvan's ultimate. Champions are able to simply walk "through" the Terra-formed arena and render the main use of his ultimate (keeping champions where he and his team wants them) useless.

I will update this post with more evidence of it happening as I find additional champs that it occurs with.
