If this is true, then it's time to consider the common factor. I don't mean this to me insulting or disrespectful, but if every game you play warrants such excessive reporting it's time to take a step back and consider if your
own actions tend to ignite, elevate or otherwise make a situation go bad. Take a look at your Tribunal case and try to think of other things you could have instead said to help diffuse a situation before it got out of hand.

B-The reports do not allow you to take action against any other person OTHER than the one that is being reported- yeah that is disturbing.

The reason for this is because those other individuals very likely have their own Tribunal cases out there somewhere, with Tribunal participants judging them on their own actions alone as well. Just because -you're- not deciding their fate doesn't mean someone else isn't.

C-This is hardly a drop in the bucket compared to the majority of the reports that are sitting in the tribunal, which I am a part of and have a 89% correct rating.

It's important to remember that harassment or otherwise antagonistic behavior is still harassment regardless of whether or not "Adult" language is used. It doesn't matter whether or not the content of your judgement contains profanity if the basic message you're sending still shows intent to belittle, hurt, inside or otherwise aggravate others.
