Your friend reporting you may have just been the straw that broke the camel's back. You've been reported more often than the average LoL player has been. No game is exempt from the scrutiny of the Tribunal. You are playing this game with 4-9 other players. Some of whom you may know, and most likely the majority of players you don't know and whom don't know you. The Summoner's code applies to every game you play. Without your reform card we can't point out the exact specifics, but i'm sure from your insulting demeanor in your post you know what you did to get you here.
