If you get banned from Tribunal, you probably don't deserve the honor. Plus, honor provides nothing anyways, so there isn't really a punishment other than the deserving temporary ban/warning. Very rarely is there a false punish.

And yet, my Tribunal ranking has not diminished, despite how painful a missed case is at this level. I can only assume that everyone else at my rank is also missing these cases.

Yep, this definitely has happened to me too, though, I don't think my rating took much of a hit. My accuracy took a bit of a hit though.

Something that is likely related: anybody else getting an entry in the "Community Agreement" column for cases skipped? The verdict for cases 6160062 + 6149549 were calculated within the previous 24 hours - I skipped both cases, but instead of getting the "-" in the "Community Agreement" column, there is a "Minority" listing.

This doesnt seem quite right either.

Now I have a streak of 25 correct cases but every single one of them is Majority except one (the other being Strong Majority probably because it was a pardoned case). There is no way that in all 24 cases there is a borderline decision where the judges could go pardon or punish. Something continues to be off. I don't think I've ever seen a string of Majority decisions like that, maybe at most 8-10 cases straight.
