I think i would like to say Warwic needs one myself. He just dosen't seem very good anymore since the re-work of the on hit items.. I rarely if ever see him anymore and never really seen him that strong when i do see him. About the only good think i see in him anymore is his ult is good for locking down a champ for a little bit. It dosent even seem to do that much damage anymore. Dose anyone else think he needs a re-work and not just a buff?

Or is there a different champ you think needs a re-work.
