i haven't seen any threads on this and i also saw nothing in the summoners code. i may be losing my house and internet and i know i have a few champions my friend wants so if i'm unable to use my account i figure why not. but at the same time on the off chance i can come back i don't want to come back to a locked/banned account.

I did some digging and found this thread from the forums. Sounds like you could potentially be banned, and even if you didn't they highly recommend you do not share account details (even with friends/family) because of the large issues that can potentially arise.

It's not recommended, but as long as you don't flaunt it around, don't worry too much about it. Just make sure you know what you're risking.
