Lol Launcher wont start?

Hey! Whenever i try to start LoL its comes up with the logo and stays like that for a while then finally says "Cannot connect to HHTP server...."

Da fuq is this and how do i fix it? my internet is fine!

Same issue. Done what the wrenchman's toolbox suggests for this problem and it hasn't resolved it.
