With the removing of the accept/decline button from the client, if you are tabbed out the client does not pop up and the only way you tell you are in champ select. I feel that the game client should pop up above whatever you are doing, so you know you are in champ select. I suggest this because i actually mute the client and have missed some bans from being first pick. Suggestion 2 lower client music '-'

I think this is a bug to be honest, or a insanely mad idea.

They said they have a problem with the leaverbuster system or the afk detector, one of the two, and they took it out to test on it.
