yeah so here is a printscreen of the pre-game harassment that was completely against the summoners code..and hey! those 2 are somehow honorable opponents too...rofl.

First, shadow types top , i ask if its ok if i can play it, then he presumes to swear at me, and then say hes going to feed / play soraka ad top...even after i said i would play jungle instead. and his friend who que'd with him was ridiculously aggressive towards me and i highlighted what should be read really.

They don't care because technically you could have photo-shopped these. Just report for what they do in game if they keep it up, most should.

Those images were edited. All credibility thrown out the window. Besides photos like that aren't accepted as evidence.

The issue here is that you really shouldn't edit them before you send them to Riot. The other issue is that name and shame is not allowed on the forums.

You should take it up with player support as it may bump the case up into the Tribunal a bit sooner. Riot may take the case up in a manual audit. Just know that because of their privacy policy, you won't get notified of any actions taken against said players.
