Thinking about buying him, I know he was considered "op" at one point, but did he get nerfed bad? Is he good at the moment?

Don't want to buy another bad champion.

He can snowball hard but other than that I feel that he is subpar.

Hes considered meh, but I see a lot of higher elo streamers use him a lot... Same with Maokai, which people at lower elos never play.

i tried very hard to be really good with him. He is hard to play.

He is absolutely amazing in the right hands. I am scared every time he's on the enemy team.

I really enjoy him. He's the frist hero I've been using for jungling in PvP games. =)

I'm 6-1 with him.
