I am curious when the next available sign up for pbe is? I know that there was one in april but the pbe forum is not showing this. So I am curious as to where and when I can sign up for pbe especially if pbe forum is not updating because I really want to create an account.

Didn't they originally say they were opeing up the 1-3rd of eavery month? Are they no longer doing that?

No, that's just what people say about it cause it has happened but anymore they just open whenever and for a very short time.

Do they give any warning because i've been on the new pbe website and they apparently haven't included the last time they were open on march? So if the update irregularly they make it really hard to join.
