Maybe if a Riot actually LOOKS at all of the problems and address a solution or even a notice then people would feel better.

I've had this happen several times now. Just happened to me again so I decided to poke around to see if anyone else is having this issue. Researched it online also. Couldn't find any causes/fixes for it, and haven't seen any red responses in any of the forum topics about it..
Also, be happy.
I'm stuck repatching this thing at 250KBps xD

Riot will give you a "loss forgiven" when that happens.
I've had it happen and received a loss forgiven without notifying Riot, but you should probably notify them just in case.
The leave will not count against you.
