I have a idea for a skin, i think it would be an amazing skin. and i have yet to think of many re-vamps for her spells and taunts.
I have made a skin idea i think you guys would be interested in, I call it all grown up annie, or something along those lines.
as you level, just like pulsfire ez, how his armor upgrades. but she grows up bit by bit, and her tibbers gets smaller. i hope you guys like this idea i have came up with !

I like the idea, but tibbers wouldn't get smaller. I think he would get older as well, like he gets more tears in his fabric or something.

Also, making Annie an adult would be like putting Anivia on fire, making a pre-transformation Mundo, or making a balanced version of Irelia (zing). It's completely counter-intuitive and a dumb and boring idea.

Plus, why do you want an adult Annie? She's freaking adorable. None of her lines or style would work as a teenager or adult. The only reason I can think of that this is requested so often is to that creepy people can justify masturbating to her. Are you a creepy person who wants to masturbate to Annie?

What other reason would you want a little girl to be older? I'm not seeing any reason to take a character's defining feature (Little girl with GREAT BALLS OF FIRE) just for the sake of...what, exactly? An opportunity to pay Riot 20 bucks?

And, for the record, actually a few concepts I've seen today that I've liked. I just dislike **** ideas because, well, they're ****.

also, you could want anyone to grow up for a number of reasons, such as to gain wisdom, strength so they can defend themselves better, to be successful, to be helpful, or to be your friend. adults like to have adult friends, they tend to have more to talk about than a kid would.

ideas are not bad, they are different. if you don't like different ideas, then go someplace where everyones ideas are like yours. I bet that there are people that think your ideas are bad too, but that's an opinion, not a fact. I personally like this guys idea. your opinion might mean a lot more if it were HELPFUL instead of rude.

Annie is your sister. Yep, Annie is totally your sister. That is a 100% accurate statement and is exactly what my statement implies: I think that people want grown-up Annie because everyone wants to **** their sister. Outstanding logical skills sir.

What you are not asking for is an increase in Annie's "wisdom," "strength," etc. This is purely an aesthetic thing and you know it, and you also know that I'm right, the vast majority of people just want a "sexy teenager Annie" skin because, well, they're teenage boys.

You obviously have failed to grasp a number of my complaints, the first of which is that taking the CHILD part out of Annie, the DARK CHILD, is stupid. Like, really stupid. It's her defining feature, removing that just so you can get your pubescent, punk-rock Annie still cuddling her teddy bear (again, EW) is a complete disrespect for the character.

But the other part of my complaint is thus: This thread shows up once a week, and whenever it does, PEOPLE ARE SO PROUD OF THEMSELVES FOR THINKING UP SUCH AN ORIGINAL IDEA. I mean, by god. Do people really think they're the first to think this **** up? Really? I genuinely don't know, I haven't been able to wrap my mind around people for ages now. I keep overestimating them.

As for being helpful, I am. There's this funny little thing called "Quality Control" that this forum is in desperate need of. When there's something that's bad, you don't sit there and coddle it and go "Oh, don't worry, we can make it work." No. You scrap it, start again, and hopefully suck less the next time around. If you've got a problem with me wanting to improve the quality of these forums, well you can leave. You're part of the problem then.
