[center]Venenarius is a short range support champion. He excels in the early game by laying down runes on the ground for his carry to pick up when needed rather than casting the buffs himself. All of his incredibly short ranged abilities must be channelled for various amounts of time, and the cooldowns are, naturally very high, as he does not use mana. Rather, his mana bar is replaced by a counter which tallies the number of runes currently remaining on the map, to a cap of 5. If Venenarius takes damage during channelling, he will be stunned for 0.5 seconds, and the ability he was channelling will be on half of it's cooldown time. Runes do not grant vision, with the exception of his ultimate rune and cannot be destroyed without activating them. A rune is activated when it is stepped on.

Passive: Residuus Magicae

Each time a rune is activated, Venenarius' next basic attack within 5 seconds deals bonus magic damage equal to (0.1 AP) multiplied by the number of runes on the field, and slows the enemies movement speed by 30%.

Q: Symbolum Sanguis

When activated by Venenarius or an allied champion, this rune applies a buff that grants (5/10/15/20/25) + (1% max health) attack damage for 3 seconds, and causes the next champion basic against the buffed champion to return 10% of the damage dealt.

Channel time: 5/3/1 seconds
Cooldown: 30/25/20/15/10
Lifespan: 1 minute

W: Symbolum Ventus

Passive: As long as there is one of these runes on the map, Venenarius ignores unit collision.

Active: When activated by Venenarius, if the closest champion to this rune is an ally, or if activated by an allied champion, this rune grants (8/11/14/17/20)% movement speed, and applies a buff that reduces the effect of crowd control effects by 25%. If the closest champion is an enemy champion, or if it is activated by an enemy champion it silences them for 3 seconds.

Channel Time: 6/4/2
Cooldown: 32/26/20/14/8
Lifespan: 90 seconds

E: Symbolum Lacrimarum

When activated by an allied champion, restores mana equal to (2/4/6/8/10)% of missing mana, and applies a buff that grants (5/7/9/11/13) bonus health regeneration per 5 seconds for (10/15/20) seconds. The buff is removed if the buffed champion takes damage from an enemy champion.

Channel Time: 10/7/4
Cooldown: 36/30/24/18/12
Lifespan: 2 minutes

R: Symbolum Imperio

First Cast: Places the rune.

Second Cast: Venenarius must be within 1000 range of the rune in order to activate it. Once activated, the rune stuns the nearest champion to the rune for 1 second, and teleports them to Venenarius' location.

Channel Time: 20/17/14 seconds
Cooldown: 90/75/60 seconds
Lifespan: 5 minutes

I like the idea of needing to set up prep, his resources and his channel time. Why does he have 3 channel times for an ability with 5 levels?

His Q does so little damage it doesnt matter. At level 9 he can deal 125 damage with it. Also how does an enemy activate it? Do they step on it? Who is going to step on it except for occasionally walking into a brush.

His W is good. He sets it up behind where a team fight will be, making for a speedy retreat or allowing the attack damage carry to not get cc locked.

His E is useful, and great for laning but I can see it being a bit boring for the player.

His R is crazy!!! He sets it up in a brush in bottom lane. He walks to the edge of his turrets range. He sits there waiting for anyone to enter the brush and then kill them with a 5 second stun under turret.
Nothing should ever stun that long. This needs to be changed somehow.
Not fun to use nor to be caught in.

Check the Changelog for fixes to obvious problems that didn't occur to me at 2 in the morning. Aside from his E... I'll have to think on that one.

EDIT: There are three different casting times because the cast time changes at levels 3 and 5 only, not in between.

lol good stuff. His Q seems fair now. I am assuming It scales off Venenarius's HP since he should be building more than an ADC.
His ult might still have problems at certain times but I can't say for sure.

EDIT: maybe his Q should scale off who's hp is higher?

I'd like to keep it as Venenarius' max HP because their tank could get a massive attack boost from it. I've seen Irelia have 4k health late game. That would give her a pretty hefty damage boost.
