Yeah going to have to call BS on this post. Annie taking more skill than Ryze? Uhhhhh lol... no.

Ryze may be fairly easy to play, and has a relatively strong kit that does well against generally anyone, but Annie has just as simple of a playstyle.

As Ryze you may just spam, but as Annie you can pretty much just afk farm with passive up then Flash + Blow your load.

Both have very straightforward playstyles.

Annie you have to time your stun charges, people are not gunna attempt to farm casters while her passive is up. Ryze's W 8second CD doesn't have to spend mana to charge it up. Ryze has better spell range on all of his spells which are all offensive giving him better poke and kill potential and thanks to his ult he can bob and weave out of her INC tibber ult stun and spell vamp the hp he lost from her 3 round burst.

All that leading to annie players have it harder than ryzers'zzzzz
