so i have 2 kinda fun ideas, the full metal rammus skin has a nice effect for his ulti, which is the razors coming up from the ground, i was thinking it be cool to have the same kinda for frejlord or other elemental skins,instead of just the little tremors it has crystals pop up and fade away, fire pillars etc etc
and then a just cool skin for rammus would be a moose skin!can call it rammoose 
a fun random skin XD
