3.9k RP technically but I got 1.3k back..

Already had every champ in the pack and runes.

If riot changes their mind again and does sell it, do I get a refund?

not sure about bundles, but you can usually use one of your refund tokens for most purchases.

store -> recent purchases

If you have an option to refund, it will have a button on the right, if not, wait till this ****storm is over, and contact riot support.
