Nunu needs 450 AP to double the damage on Absolute Zero, 275 for Ice Blast. Zilean needs about 350 for Time Bomb, 550 for Chrono Shift. Fizz needs about 80 for Seastone Trident Active, Tryndamere needs under 50 for Bloodlust's heal.

Pretty sure Veigar's Q has the best AP scaling on it, if he kills a champion with it at rank 5. .6 from ratio, then .6 * 7 for the ability scaling! 4.8 total AP scaling!
