Olaf was balanced, just like Jayce was balanced.

Riot nerfs balanced champs every couple of patches because scrubs start screaming too loud about X champ thats currently popular.

Nerfing him because of the new season's Warmog changes is retarded, the balance team should have thought ahead of this change on champions that use health.

Their mistake, yet its always the players that get screwed.
