to be fair, the extra range is a pretty nice advantage.

that said with all the ezreals rushing gauntlet and/or triforce still he's not outscaling graves at any point unless the graves is teh bad.

there was no point in the history of this game where ezreal out scales graves,

When did graves ever beat ezreal?

A competent ezreal can always kite a graves due to having more range, and having iceborn spam on his Q.

It does not matter if graves can win in a 1v1 if no one moves. No fight is in a vacuum

since ez Q exploits statikk and iceborn really well he still is pretty much the best ADC in the game, tough since his IP price reduction he been seeing nerfs, with maybe more to come (precisely to how Q procs all this stuff perhaps).
