Its obvious that the last set of nerfs he recieved werent enough and that hes still gamebreaking, hes still pretty much 1st pick material and permabanned.

Hint for riot : His main problem is his evolved W.

Khazix doesnt need nerfs..... he doesnt determine top lane outcome from ganks from the jungle, and with the nerfs he received last time he actually got neutered fairly well.

Kha didnt need nerfs, shaco did.
