Currently we have 2 reaper skins reaper karthus and reaper hecarim and i thought itd be cool to have more of them and they could relate to the 4 horseman of the apocalypse.
Karthus being death hecarim being war and swain being famine not sure what pestilence could be, maybe mordekaiser.

Anyways heres a picture and i know its weird how he doesnt change into a bird but a reaper and replace the boneskull with your imagination cuz i cant think of anything better maybe a skull raven a real raven or a mini demon .

A quick story could be how swain traded his life for power
