Referral not working

Hey I had two friends who recently signed up and they added my summoner name "ShadowTheHDGHG" as their referrer when they signed up. When I go to track the points I get from them, it says I have 0 referred friends....both have already reached lvl 5. WTF is this ****?

Same had a friend join and no referral.
