Is anyone else from Australia experiencing severe ping spikes and sways that is making the game unplayable, combined with our disgustingly high "normal" ping?

A group of other Australian players and I have been getting an extremely unstable ping level, with it ranging from 250-400, with it swaying between the extremities withing a couple of seconds. The game is literally unplayable for us right now, and I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this problem.

Also, everyone in my last match seemed to lag a lot.

Surprisingly, no. And I've been having lag problems for a while now. Playing this morning (in Sydney) was fine.

Mind you, haven't played yet this afternoon so things may have turned for the worse again.

I have been experiencing these problems very very frequently after s3 patch. I am lucky enough (for an aussie) to usually be around 180, and for the year prior, this was where my ping comfortably and reliably sat. Since s3, ive never had 2 games in a row where i havent had issues. My ping is liable to float around 300-500 now.
