Random junk flashes in game

While I am in game every so often I see random flashes of junk on screen. It looks like part of the UI just flashing in for a second.
AMD FX 8120
AMD Radeon HD 7770
16GB RAM

Albeit you have a Radeon, which a poster mentioned later in the thread as having that issue reported as well.
