Olaf can screw with him long enough for the rest of the fight to finish.

Amumu gives no **** about anyone, not even Jax.

Blitzcrank's Powerfist ignores the Dodge portion of Counter-strike.

Muhammed Ali...star just throws Jax out of the fight.

If you're taking full 6 items into account. Then AD Sion. I've seen it for myself.
The moment Jax does E to dodge your attacks, Stun him with your eye laser :P. As for the rest, AD Sion during Ult has insane lifesteal and he barely loses any health. The guy I saw beat Jax had AS Boots, 2 PD , LW, IE, BT. Saw this before Preseason. No new items were there. Maybe now that Statick Shiv will make AD Sion hit harder too.

does he have a QSS/merc scim? no? malzahar wins. full combo + proper AP/pen build = free kill.

Don't 1v1 Jax lategame unless your friend name is Tibbers or you can throw mirrors at people.

Lol at sustain champ suggestions... Jax ult passive + passive + E ensures that no sustain damage or bruiser will ever kill him in a fair fight.
