Why is it when I am on mobafire, When I look at suggested runes, I always see people suggesting a max of 9 of a certain type of rune. Why do people never get more than 9 of the same rune.

Rune pages only allow 9 of a set rune color outside Quintessences which are 3.

Click on the IMGur link, all of them runes are tier 3 though...

You can't have more than 9 of the same rune, as Keyru already stated.

how is that so? I am confused you say I can't have more than 9 of the same rune, but I cleary have almost a full page of the same runes.
