Why don't you look at the Feedback forums or at least post as often as the GD forum?

Because they know (and have admins specifically making sure) that the majority of complaints about balance end up in these sections, and most of those are made by either uneducated or low-tier players who don't have a good point of view on balance. So really these sections are more dumps for all the trash threads (although Xypherous does visit the Item forum like once a year because occasionally there's some reason for him to be there).

It's sad, but pretty true.
