Wow, just got another response. Again, only a portion of my question got answered, the part he didn't have to do anything about :|

Best way to get **** solved with customer support?

Start your ticket with something like this. "I don't have time to put up with your bull**** automatic reply ****, give me a real person and read the damn ticket because I have a problem with my account that needs to get solved NOW. (insert problem here)."

Do it every time and I get a response from a real person. Yeah I sound like a *****, but honestly, Riot Customer Service doesn't deserve my respect because they have their heads up their asses and refuse to actually do anything until you call them out on their laziness.
