I've tried all the new S3 items and gotta say that Spirit of the Ancient Golem is my favorite new item. Really opens up boot choices for tanky champions needing tenacity and butcher really helps boost aoe damage against creeps.

I like the concept of Spirit of the Elder Lizard, but honestly I love Blade of the Ruined King far more in terms of a refreshing damage item that is cost efficient.

Deathfire Grasp erryday in 3s. Because even when playing Brand, I can always find room to set more things on fire.

Rabadon's and Void Staff may have been nerfed, but DFG had a huge place in my heart now. Lots of damage all day erryday.

Also, IBG and Zephyr are my new favorite items on Jax now. Along with BotRK(Which is so much better than Bloodrazor), I virtually gave up on Triforce because of those two items. Frozen Mallet AND Sheen proc at the same time? In an AoE? Yes please. Tenacity, CDR, AND the best ms boost available in s3? Well, GG, my team won.

Yeah, Season 3 Isn't the best of times, but it certainly is a time for great items.

Runic Bulwark. I can fit it into just about any support build and it can be good on some tops and jungles. It gives your team a huge advantage and is often game changing when you get one or 2 of them on the team. I do really like the new options that machete gives as well.
