Sorry if this is wasting your time but i've been playing this game for a little over a year and I still have never ever seen Fiora on rotation, again im srry if im wasting your time but I think there should be people watching the champions that don't come on rotation

Riot has said this before, It is calculated through a system, they will all come up eventually, some more than others. I remember Fiora on rotation within a few months.
