I don't understand how a champion that was designed to be a jungler can be one of the worse junglers in the game. Rengar can barely make it past his first clear and he NEEDS his team mates to do a good amount of dmg to survive.

Can Rengar at least get a sustain buff? or some wave clearing or something to help him? I'm just looking at what other junglers like Vi/Lee/Xin/Hec/Kha"Zix/etc can do and I just don't understand how they can ignore Rengar.

Or atleast give him his burst back
