Has anyone thought of que system whereas you que for a lane, ie Top, mid, jungle, and it connects you with others that dont want specific role. Also add fill if you dont care, so 5 fills can que and be put all together just as it is now.

I say this only because many games have lead to trolling due to 3 people wanting top. and then crying they cant have it. i cant really see any set backs really... but who knows. just trying to make a better experience for players.

Yes, people have thought of this, a few hundred or so times in fact. There's been 3 in the last 12 hours. There's also a thread somewhere aggregating all of these posts and the (very good) reasons why Riot will never do this.
