I've been kicked down so many divisions and I shouldn't be constantly punished because of the amount of trolls and unskilled players that I am put with. Also it takes way to many wins to move up in a division and since my loss streak is starting to add up I get stuck with worse and worse players so my skill becomes irrelevant.

yes, yes, and a thousand times yes. I'm sick of being brought down divisions because I carry and we still lose because of afks, trolls, and players not of similar skill level.

Riot can't fix players...
