So apparently I am forced to be stuck on silver division 1?

Unless I am somehow mistaken about something and apparently it's normal to basically go on a full stop and gain 0LP.

I have heard somewhere that silver 1 is bugged somehow. I don't know the information surrounding this, but it may be what you are experiencing.

Your hidden MMR (old elo) is not "high" enough for gold in Riot's mind so you have to win games even at 0LP to raise your hidden MMR to prove to them you get a CHANCE to GET A CHANCE of going gold...
