Veigar with IP I've never bought a champion with RP because...well...that's stupid. If you're going to spend money on the game, might as well buy skins since you can't purchase those with IP.

Using RP? No one. IPs are for champs and runes, RPs are for skins :P

first rp champion i bought with rp was ashe with the free 400 you get at the start of the game, first with ip was sorka I believe, I refunded ashe later lol and rebought her with ip
