Not sure if this is right place for suggestion but couldn't find a better spot.
I'm suggesting that prior to getting into a game you chose the role you will play for the game. The idea: a team has one of each role needed for the game as opposed to having a giant fight over who is going to play the role

This is a good idea, but it also has its cons.
