For some reason Today i was playing a game i managed to get into Queue before the problem started. queue went smooth and fine but right when the game starts it gives a blue screen that says "game is still in progress" and would not connect. i have restarted the client and it would just say "you have recently left a game please reconnect" i press reconnect and the same thing pops up over and over again. now i have read the forums about this and found a treatment (not solution) for it.

yeah im having the same problem get that game in progress screen, restart to try and reconnect and it just minimizes the screen and does nothing.

Well, from your traceroute, you never actually get to Riot's server.
Have you checked to make sure that your firewall(s) are open to all of LoL's runtimes and that your internet is working properly?
