Keep an eye on that stun, go all in once shes used it. considering your using jayce you can poke her now and then.

Don't try to EQ with ranged form unless you KNOW 100% its going to hit. Don't trade with her if its stupid, fe: don't go in hammer and QE if there are minions she can stun you in, and finally get a hexdrinker if you are having trouble with her level 6 burst combo.

Her panties are off-limits.

Make sure you're clicked on her to watch for her stun icon. If it's at low stacks or she blew it on a minion, you can play pretty aggressive. If her stun is up then hang back more. I see a lot of Annie's try to zone their lane opponents by walking back and forth when their stuns are up, so you may be able to use that somewhat predictable pattern to aim your cannon more accurately.
