I had this problem too when I was Janna. I needed to ult to save my adc, but when I clicked it and then even mashed it, it just wouldn't work. Then we both died because of it, which was extremely frustrating on my end because it didn't make sense what just happened. I could move, I could auto-attack, but during that one specific moment my ult just didn't work.

I'm just thankful that didn't happen in ranked.

Bump, it happens to me the most in the shop and when I want to upgrade skills, but I've had instances of clicking an enemy or an ally with a skill and it doesn't happen and I have to do it like 5 times... which sucks if I was trying to get something like a quick CC or a clutch shield.
