I used to hate him since he is a pretty hard champion to play. Lately i been playing him and he is SO FUN! but problems i run into is his late game you need to build tanky to live in teamfights and if you dont you will die fast, but if you build tanky then you will basically have not much presence in the fight...
A good buff would be making his passive have higher atk speed as he levels

1 + 40%
6 + 45%
11 + 50%
16 + 55%

Also buffing his

AD per level or HP per level.

Think about it, he requires more skill then many champs to play, so why be rewarded with so little when you can play someone like Darius and basically be the tankiest melee and still deal tons of damage OR ect...

Because he has one of the more insanely good early games in League's bruiser roster, which is saying something when you're comparing to an entire archetype that's designed to be good early and weaker late.

He just got nerfed because so many people QQ'd that he was OP. expecially his early game dominance. They aren't going to give a champ with high mobility, high utility, and great early-mid game damage a late game advantage. That would be REALLY op.

His early game isnt really that amazing, just play passive and late game you will win. Like i was playing vs a darius, if i ever tried to commit to farming or harassing he will out damage me. I took the advantage due to him being greedy, being up 2 kills and 50 cs didn't help because he could 1v1 me.

hes fine, hes a really strong early game and mid game. buffing his late game would just be stupid. its like saying to buff a hard carries early game.
