Friends List has been deleting some of my friends randomly over the past month or so. Now can't gift them skins. Also tried to gift RP and it said:

"they must be over level 10"
(they are level 30)

AND

"This person has reached their maximum amount of gifts today"
(They haven't gotten any at all, I'd know I'm sitting right next to them)

Please remove the time limit and fix the gifting.
