I just lost a game badly we surrendered at 23 min or something and just now checked the enemy team players and my team players found 4 of the enemy team are sliver while me and one player are bronze VI and one bronze III and one has no win at all and only one silver is that fair????

Yes. Leagues don't necessarily correspond to your MMR.
