AP, nerfs didn't affect her much (stopped the DFG abuse really, which is actually still good on her), and yes I think she is totally viable in competitive play.

I'll probably come out with a guide soon, but honestly I have still yet to find the perfect build for her.

Yeah, as long as you know how a champion works, I'm sure you can build whatever you want on them and still be good.

I like to have fun with builds, building the same thing over and over is quite boring.
