I understand that she has a high skill cap (I prefer high skill caps anyhow), is she worth buying for 440 RP?

I wouldn't say she has a high skill cap rather than a high learning curve. once you get a grip of her mechanics she's rather easy to play since the QoL changes.

There's probably better things to spend your RP on (Biased: I never buy champs with RP), but she's worth the buy so far as viability goes, if she's on sale.
